Peter Burr lived in Cople most of his life and, with the help of his family, collected a fascinating archive of family and village historical articles.
These include family photographs, stories, postcards and newspaper cuttings. Peter has kindly allowed us to scan many of these items for the Cople website.
The pages have been scanned and placed in a separate album in the Cople Photo library. At present these have not been sorted, catalogued or indexed. You are welcome to browse through these pages and discover the interesting gems they contain.
We are very sorry to report that Peter, at the age of 80, passed peacefully away on February 1st 2013. RIP
